One note, I too have the Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 but when I test it with PC Doctor it shows me a live TV feed AND is able to capture video both I understand that the initial problem (incompatibility of driver with .Net 2.0) was ATI's fault, but the uninstall of .Net 2.0 should have restored proper operation.
