In other words, unrestricted content has no value in our world because it is anything but scarce. Am I stupid enough to believe that this way of life is what I've been waiting and working towards during the last decades ? The people who are pushing for DRM are precisely the people who have the greatest amount of control over the U.S. Other countries/regions have enacted or will enact NTSC broadcasting restrictions.

Not that I have problem with that option. I still use a hacked DTIVO despite it's not being HD and XBMC on an old XBOX because nothing I've tried has been so good I had to have it - I'll see if this helps this prohibted content recording issue.
