Plenty of suggestions on reinstalling your mail client, but that doesn't always work either. Find Mail and download that portion of windows essentials only. It wont work by disable anti virus. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete.

I did everything everyone suggested, since it's not easily reproducible some people think that they fixed the problem when they really didn't. The problem was createdbecause the SSL ports, which were formerly valid, are no longer encrypted because the SSL V1.0, V1.1, and V1.2 are not encrypting any longer and the connections fail.
