If that is the error you are getting, try disabling the automatic updates in the Security Center and also run services.msc and set to disabled the "automatic updates" service there, reboot, NOTE: BE SURE TO SEPERATE THE OLD PATH AND THE NEW PATH WITH A SEMI-COLON ( ; ). Then expand the tree and under Parameters\Policy\Persistent highlight "Persistent" and make sure the same applies to this.
